Originally capitalizing on local market knowledge in selected areas such as Pennsylvania, Florida and Colorado, recent years have brought an expansion throughout the United States. Longboat Capital has minority and majority positions in residential rental properties, office/industrial buildings, raw land and self-storage warehouses.
